Emma E. Pesin is a Brooklyn based artist who is actively teaching themself philosophy yet still doesn't understand anything about it.
Pesin graduated SUNY Purchase College with a BFA in Graphic Design and Painting + Drawing. In their fine arts work they are raw and honest, embracing the faults of humanity. The content of their art can be described as the internet queer metaphysical. In their design work, Pesin loves to take inspiration from early 2000s infomercials and parody design styles. As well as practicing design from different eras (past, present, and future).
Pesin is always trying to broaden their knowledge by going down research rabbit holes for things like lost media, meme history, the fourth dimension, ska music etc. and creating some form of art every single day. You can find Pesin at the Coney Island YMCA teaching people how to swim and drawing.
